The Practice of Deep Vision is a text on meditation within the context of esoteric cartography. The images are living portals that can carry the mind into non-conceptual registers of meaning by re-shaping the imaginal facility (the mind’s eye).

Consciousness learns to bypass personal imagination and fantasy so that the images can be worked with on the inner level. Ultimately, the main concern is not the image, but vision itself. The power of vision can realize the potentiality at the heart of all things, and cartographic images provide a means to transmit the wisdom that can allow this ultimate aspect of meaning to be explored.
