SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the transporter’s website.

    Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues are outside of our control.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    We offer shipping options to most international countries. However, due to ongoing world crises and/or persisting delivery issues, some countries we simply can no longer ship to at this time. Such countries include: Ukraine, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, etc.

    For International customers, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anathema Publishing Ltd. ships all orders as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If Anathema wants to continue to operate and not incur financial penalties, it needs to be understood and accepted that Anathema Publishing Ltd. will not be held responsible for potential shipment delays or returns if local customs enforcement cannot locate or contact the customer to pay duty taxes on incoming parcels.

    For European customers, we strongly suggest to order directly from our official European distributor Cyclic Law.

    You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in the Gatineau/Ottawa area (Canada). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within a few business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and an address to schedule a pickup in person.

  • If the product(s) that you have ordered is found to have production defects or has been damaged by the postal service in transit, please email us at orders.anathema@gmail.com and we will see what we can do.

    We cannot consider any other reasons for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
