This pendant (as a shield or coat of arms) features on one side the Goat head, symbol of Azazel, and on the other side the sigil of Saturn, which is also associated to Azazel.
Azazel is a complexe figure. A demon of the desert, a fallen angel in the book of Enoch who taught humankind the secret of the metals and jewelry. Associated with Mars and the sefirah Gevurah. Sometime he is associated with the devil himself, the black goat of the Sabbat and for the Yezidis, Azazel is yet another name of Melek-Taus; the Peacock Angel.
This pendant is my tribute the Master of the Black Forge in which burn the flames of the stars…
